There are a total of 46 Homes in the HOA. The current dues are $144 annually.  The invoices are sent out in February and are to be paid  upon receipt.  Any dues not paid within thirty days after the due date can bear interest from the due date at the rate of 10% per annum.  All dues will be sent to:
