  1. I would like to make changes to my home…what do I need to do?

    There is a formal process by which to obtain the necessary approval for any exterior improvements to your home or lot.  Improvements include, but not limited to, additions, sheds, decks, fencing, painting and major landscaping changes.  If you plan to make changes, send a letter requesting approval along with a set of plans.  All permits are the responsibility of the owner and our link to the Baltimore County Government web site will guide you through that process.

  2. How can I get a copy of the Covenants & Restrictions and Bylaws?

    You can down load the available copies or request a photo copy by sending an email via Ask The Board.

  3. How do I report violations?

    All Violations must be reported in writing to the Presidents house or email via Ask The Board.
